In this 12-week program, we'll listen intently to your inner voice. We'll shine a light on false truths, fears, worries, and the perpetual crutches that keep you cemented in the same place. Together we will create a new voice. This voice will inspire action and support movement but also build care and compassion for self.
We’ll work together for 1hr on your body and 1hr hour on your mind every week.
You’ll develop new daily habits that create momentum for more positive and productive days. Throughout this entire process you’ll be held accountable so you can stay on task even on the days when you're frustrated, overwhelmed, or distracted by life’s uncertainties.
We’ll lay the groundwork to unearthing the real YOU. The you that has been buried by fear, anxiety, and depression. The active you with a vigor for life.
You will emerge in a new shape, prepared and willing to tackle life’s challenges.
