In this talk, we dive headfirst into an inevitable obstacle: STRESS! We will discuss the major distinctions between how the mind and body process stress and how we can use stress to our advantage to increase our own efficiency and joy. By turning off the mind’s overactive tendencies, the body can turn on its inherent ability to overcome adversity. Fernando guides us to rearrange our thinking to work through fear and realize that what makes us SCARED is actually SACRED.
